I bought it from a phone supplier who told me that it is an original Nokia Vertu Ascent TI.  I'm not an expert, but I tell you what I know as follows: I powered the phone on once and it does power up, as you can see from the pictues that I've added. It is a solid phone made of titanium and sapphire crystal. It came with a case, a user manual,certificate of authenticity, a charger,a usb plug, a pouch, and earphones.    I hope it clears up any questions that you have.
