These do need new housings or to be sold as USED. They are carrier returns and I tested 3 Esn's to see if they were clear and all 3 were clear. The Esn's you can test yourself are 02212791178, 02212825319, 02209318761. Because I know these are scratched up and we DID NOT test all of them, we are selling them AS IS with NO Returns, Refunds or Exchanges, While I would think more then 1/2 will power up fine I really dont know, at least 1/3 of them did with no problems. NO Guarantee, we sold off the A stock's of this model and this is all the B stock we had left.
