The part # is NTDU82, built-in internal switch with RJ-45 that can be connected to a PC. These IP phones have the upgraded firmware that compatible and work on all BCM systems including BCM 400 4.0 & BCM 50 2.0 system. The POE splitter is stand mounted and pickup power from a POE switch and supply power to the IP phone.  The POE splitter and the I2004 work like a POE IP phone that you don't need a power supply for it.  This splitter is IEEE 802.3af PoE compliant with  auto power detection from PoE midspan switch.  90 days warranty from Takson Technology.
