All of our phones are unlocked and can be used with any GSM service provider.  Our phones can be used with AT&T, Cingular, T-Mobile, and any other GSM service provider in the world.   What if I am located in an area in the USA where I will need the 850 Mhz network band for my phone to work? We highly recommend all of our customers to contact the service provider which is being used.  Make to to ask if you will need a 850 megahertz compatible phone.  If yes, please make sure that the phone you are purchasing from us is 850 Mhz. compatible.  This can be found here in the phone details section of the page. Will I be able to access the internet on my phone? Since our phones are all imported, rare models, the internet will not be setup since the phones come from our distributor and have not been programmed for internet use by any domestic service providers.  Internet service can be setup by contacting your service provider.  It is not our responsibility to setup the internet functions of your item.   Can you ship to my international OR FPO/APO address? Sorry but we currently do not offer International shipping options nor shipping to APO or FPO addresses.  However, can ship to some Canadian residents for an extra fee.  Please inquire within.     Can I exchange my item if it is defective?
